What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use the fastest couriers to ensure swift delivery of your order. Since the roads from Hunza are occasionally blocked due to flooding and landslides, we have a warehouse in Lahore to circumvent the logical problem. So no matter the weather, your order will be delivered on time.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, we recommend getting in touch with us first if you are ordering from outside of Pakistan.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Usually it takes two or three days to deliver in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi but it can take a day or two longer depending on extenuating conditions.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept wire transfer, easypaisa, jazz cash, and other mobile wallets. We also accept all other types of online transactions.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No currently we do not offer cash on delivery. Maybe in the future.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
There are two ways to place an order.
1. Simply add the products you want to buy to cart and then checkout after filling all the details.
2. Or you can simply send us a message on our Whatsapp and we will take your order. We are available 24/7.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you want to cancel your order, you need to call us immediately. If your order is shipped before you call to cancel your order, you will have to return the package without opening it. We will give you a refund but you will be charged 50% of the shipping costs.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not need an account to place an order. We are not amazon.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have placed you order, an email will be sent to you with a URL and the details to track your order. It is very simple. You can also drop us a message for an update.
How Can I Return a Product?
Of course. But the product must not be used. If you have used a product and it turns out to be defective, you can return it. But change of mind returns are not accepted when the product is used.
