Hunza Art is a sole proprietorship legally established and operating in Pakistan. The business is duly registered with:

• Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and the Sales Tax Act, 1990.
• Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Act, 2017 for registration of a business name/sole proprietorship.

Ownership, control, and management of Hunza Art rest solely with the proprietor. All operations, liabilities, and contractual obligations are undertaken in compliance with applicable Pakistani commercial and taxation laws.

Any unauthorized use of our business name, trademarks, or registered content is prohibited under relevant Pakistani intellectual property and commercial legislation.
