• Product must be in original packaging & condition
• Return must be requested within 10 days
• Wrong or broken product? We’ll replace it

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days once we receive the returned product.

Important notes:

• We will not deduct shipping charges on approved returns.
• If paid via credit/debit card, the bank’s 2% transaction fee will be deducted.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier deducts 4% Advance Withholding Tax (as per FBR rule).
